Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a 11-provider team in a brand-new, 60,000+ sq ft facility at Caldwell Health Plaza in Caldwell, Idaho. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules and offers a collaborative, physician-led environment.
The Caldwell Health Plaza houses comprehensive services including urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics, and diagnostics, with onsite lab, imaging, and therapy services.
