Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) Chowchilla, California Full-Time Outpatient Primary Care Join a well-established community health organization committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative outpatient team providing comprehensive primary care services to an established and growing patient population. Full-time employed position
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive health conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies
Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings
Qualifications MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
Active California medical license or ability to obtain
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
