Primary Care PhysicianFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine Clearwater, Florida Full time
White sand beaches on your days off, and real medicine on your days on. A brand new, independent, physician led company, private equity backed, is opening state of the art senior care centers in the Clearwater area and building its founding clinical team now.
The opportunity
A brand new, independent company with serious private equity backingState of the art centers built for the way medicine should be practicedValue based care done right: you are paid to keep patients healthyRoughly twelve to sixteen patients a day on a primarily geriatric Medicare Advantage panel, with time to treat the whole personClearwater, on Florida's Gulf coast
What you will do
Care for a panel of primarily older adults across acute and chronic conditionsLead comprehensive assessments, preventive care, and chronic disease management that keeps seniors out of the hospitalOrder and evaluate diagnostics and prescribe in accordance with Florida statutesCoordinate specialists, referrals, and the care team around each patientServe as a clinical leader within your center
What you will bring
MD, DO, or MBBS with residency in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineActive, unrestricted Florida license, or eligibility to obtain one, relocating physicians welcomeActive DEA, and board certified or board eligible with certification within two years of joining, new graduates encouragedA heart for caring for an older population, Spanish fluency a plus
