INFIELD Talent Solutions has been retained by University of Michigan Victors Care to identify an experienced, Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join its concierge medicine practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan .
This opportunity offers a fundamentally different approach to primary care—one built around physician autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and the time to deliver highly personalized care.
Physicians have the opportunity to build their own patient panel, with panels capped at 500 members and the ability to cap as early as 350 . The smaller panel is intentionally designed to allow physicians to know their patients deeply and provide an exceptional level of care.
The Opportunity
Full-time schedule with the possibility of dedicated virtual time
Manage chronic disease, acute outpatient care, and comprehensive annual preventive examinations
No in-person night or weekend responsibilities
No inpatient rounding responsibilities , while retaining the ability to collaborate and advocate for members when hospitalized
Provide telephonic access to members for after-hours urgent needs
Opportunity to tailor your scope of practice around your individual skill set, including areas such as lifestyle medicine and procedures
Collaborate closely with colleagues, specialists, and the practice management team
Participate in the continued innovation and improvement of the primary-care experience
What We're Looking For
Medical degree from an accredited university
Board Certification in Internal Medicine
Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
Strong clinical background and experience caring for older adults
Exceptional communication skills and bedside manner
Commitment to clinical excellence and an exceptional patient/member experience
Interest in continuous improvement and innovation
Comfort participating in public speaking, networking, medical staff meetings, and quality-improvement initiatives
