What We Value:

We measure faculty success by clinical excellence and the quality of teaching - not publication counts. You don't need a research CV to thrive here. You need to love the work.

Qualifications:

Board certified in internal medicine. A genuine passion for teaching, mentorship, and learner development. We welcome physicians at any point in their early to mid-career - whether you're entering academic medicine for the first time or bringing a few years of practice with you.
