Job description
Aspirus Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to join our strong, collegial team in Duluth, Minnesota.
This is a traditional Internal Medicine role offering the best of both outpatient and inpatient care in a setting full of collaboration, purpose, and bright energy.
OPPORTUNITY:
Build your outpatient practice while maintaining hospital-based clinical skills
Inpatient care will include providers own patient panel and unassigned admissions
Clinic and hospital are connected on the same campus via skywalk
CallEvery 8th weekday
Every 5th weekend
Nocturnists cover call 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Support from a multispecialty care team with access to onsite diabetes education, psychiatry, pharmacy, and RN patient navigation
Strong RN and MA clinic support team
Opportunities to teach medical students and residents
Supportive environment for new graduates - mentorship available
BENEFITS: Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, and annual CME allowance.
$290/yr starting . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
