ADULT/GERIATRIC PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN $240K $270K DURHAM, NC
Join a fully outpatient practice designed specifically around the needs of adults and Medicare-eligible seniors.
A nationally recognized value-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established Durham practice. Physicians receive the time, clinical resources, and interdisciplinary support necessary to manage complex chronic conditions and build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Recently advertised compensation range of $240,000 $270,000

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
Adult and geriatric primary care
Focus on Medicare-eligible seniors
Fully outpatient responsibilities
Monday Friday daytime schedule
No nights, weekends, or hospital rounding
Approximately patients per day
Smaller patient panels
Dedicated medical assistant and documentation support
Behavioral health, social-service, and specialty-referral resources
Preventive care and complex chronic disease management
Quality-focused model without traditional volume pressure
English-speaking patient-care environment
QUALIFICATIONS
MD or DO
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
Current North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
DEA registration or ability to obtain it
Comfortable treating medically complex adults and seniors
Strong interest in preventive care, chronic disease management, and population health
Collaborative leadership and team-based care skills
