Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity
Duke Primary Care is actively recruiting Internal Medicine physicians to the largest - and growing - primary care network in North Carolina's Triangle region. We are a vibrant network within the world-renowned Duke University Health System where our providers work in a collaborative practice, supported by medical assistants and nurses as well as behavioral health, diabetes education, pharmacy, social work, and other specialists to provide comprehensive and personalized patient-centered care. Providers also have access to a unified electronic health record system, an expansive network of specialists for consultation and referral, ancillary services for diagnostic and testing needs, and a robust telehealth platform for virtual visits.
Our Primary Care Model offers:
100% Outpatient Experience
Manage On-Call (Nurse Triage)
EPIC EMR
Dedicated team and staff delivering evidence-based care
Our Physicians Appreciate:
Full Time or Part-Time
Guaranteed Base Salary
Performance-Based Physician Incentive Plan (Guaranteed in 1st Year)
CME $4,000 + paid time off
403b Retirement Contribution (Up to 13.2% employer-sponsored)
Children's Tuition Supplement (Physician eligible)
