Join an established, stable and well-respected Internal Medicine team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs in a medical group practice setting
Call structure: office call, rotated equally with the team
Practice setting: Outpatient
See 18yrs old - Geriatrics

Board Certified Internal Medicine
Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

Level II trauma
Brand new and dedicated Neurosurgery floor
Major Stroke Center
Excellent and well-respected Neurosurgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery programs
24/7 Intensivist service
36 bed ICU

What minimum requirements youll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
