Salary Range: $310,000 annual base guarantee (2 years) + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Forgivable Loan up to $200,000
Requirements to Apply
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA registration
Experience or interest in outpatient primary care

Job Overview
This full-time Internal Medicine opportunity offers a community-based practice model within a multispecialty clinic environment. Physicians collaborate closely with specialists and academic faculty while delivering high-quality outpatient primary care.
Providers see an average of 18–20 patients per day with options for 32 or 36 patient‑facing hours per week. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The care team includes nine Internal Medicine physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers, along with onsite radiology and dedicated clinical pharmacist support.
Call is shared and light (telephone only), approximately 1:15, with RN triage support. EPIC EMR is utilized. The patient population is diverse, offering meaningful engagement in comprehensive, evidence‑based care.
