Job description
Position Details:
Specialty: Primary Care / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
Location: Farmington, Maine
Practice Type: Outpatient Primary Care
Start Date: ASAP (ideally at the beginning of the year)
Assignment Duration: 3 months minimum, with potential to extend to 6 9 months
Schedule: Monday Friday
Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible to accommodate an 8- or 10-hour shift)
Weekend Coverage: None
Call: None
Patient Volume: At least 16 visits per day
Patient Population: Primarily adults
EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities: Ambulatory primary care visits for acute and chronic conditions
Annual wellness visits
Post-hospitalization follow-ups
Routine primary care evaluations and management
Requirements: Board Certified: Required
Active Maine medical license: Required
