Job description

Essentia Health in Park Rapids, MN is seeking a compassionate Internal Medicine physician for our primary care team. This full-time, outpatient role is 1.0 FTE with 36 patient contact hours weekly in a small-town community, using EPIC with Dax AI for notes.

Responsibilities include seeing 14–20 patients per day, performing Nexplanon and IUD placements, joint injections, and other procedures. Work Mon-Fri 8am–5pm with no call; potential outreach to nearby clinics.
