A high-impact internal medicine opportunity in Hyannis, MA - the flagship practice within a well-established network. This role offers a clear path into a lead physician position, strong compensation, and a highly supported clinical environment.
Practice Overview:
Largest site in the network with 8,000 adult patients
Adult-only patient population, ages 18+
Team Structure:
8 providers total (1 physician + 6 7 advanced practice providers)
On-Site Resources & Support staff
Newly opened on-site lab
Dedicated referral coordinator and care managers
Position Details:
Co-physician role with transition into lead physician responsibilities
Medical Director title to follow
Current MD is part-time
Compensation & Incentives:
$300K base salary + productivity bonus structure
Potential signing bonus
Up to $15K relocation assistance
Lab Director designation (primarily administrative) with associated incentives
