Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine)
Jacksonville, Florida
We re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Jacksonville, Florida, who wants strong earning potential, coastal living, and a predictable weekday schedule. You ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on comprehensive primary care near the Intracoastal area. You ll manage acute and chronic conditions while building meaningful patient relationships in a retention-driven practice. This role is designed for an experienced physician who values quality metrics, community engagement, and measurable performance rewards.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary around $240,000 - $260,000
• Quarterly bonus up to 25%
