Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician in Kaplan, Louisiana at Ochsner Lafayette General Outpatient Clinic. Join a growing family medicine group practice in the Acadiana Region. It operates 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Gulf South.
Position Highlights :
Ambient listening available to everyone in Primary care to reduce documentation time
LPN Care Coordinators dedicated to closing care gaps on your behalf
Ochsner On-Call to reduce call burden
Remote messaging Nurses to reduce in basket messages sent through the portal
Outpatient Care Managers to assist with complex patient management and helping with social determinant of your patients Health
Digital Medicine - supporting the management of patients with chronic conditions.
