Role Description: Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Statesville, NC (40 mins from Charlotte)
Network boasts 27 practices, comprised of 12 primary care clinics, 10 specialty groups, 3 ambulatory surgery centers and 2 urgent cares.
Network has 48 providers in eight specialty clinics and eleven primary care practices.
Primary Care
Patient Volume: 20-25 Daily
The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to their community
Opportunities for exceptional growth and development
The Physician will work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members
Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
Our Community: Troutman is located 30 minutes north of Charlotte and Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Troutman is located on the north end of beautiful Lake Norman, and less than one hour away from Blue Ridge Mountains to our west, with fantastic skiing, snowboarding and tubing in the winter.
We are also a short 3-hour drive to the ocean in the opposite direction with white sandy beaches and palm trees, all ideal locations for weekend getaways.
Enjoy your time on Lake Norman, with over 500 miles of freshwater shoreline, its perfect for fishing, boating, and water sports.

Requirements: NC Medical License and DEA.
Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible
Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating with them to ensure positive, effective patient experiences with our organization.
