Will consider candidates willing to get an OR license
SCHEDULE
Coverage Type: Inpatient/Outpatient
Schedule Type: Hospital onsite, Clinic and Call
Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call
Dates of Need: we need 1-2 weeks of coverage (with coverage of 1-2 weekends). Dates can be flexible but will need to work with the clinic to ensure they fit for all.
Lunch N/A
Provider Min # Shifts Required: 7 -14 shifts a month
Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
Hours Worked for OT to apply: 9 hours per day
Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.
CREDENTIALING
Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
License: Active
DEA Required: Yes
Boards: BC only
Skills/Certs: BLS, ACLS

ADDITIONAL DETAILS Providers will be contacted by the lead physician by phone for a screening, they will then be scheduled for a teams interview with the other team members for review. Please provide their availability in the next two weeks to go through this interview process.
Looking for providers with experience with the following:
Cardioversion
TEE's
-Stress Echo's
Reading echoes, EKG's and stress echo's
Nuclear reads are preferred but not required they do have someone onsite that can do it.
