Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Mission Viejo, California. n nPosition Details:

nnnFull-time position with Monday to Friday schedule; 4.5-day work week with flexibility in daily schedule and protected lunch/charting time

n

nnManageable call schedule with nursing support for triage

n

nnCollaborative team of experienced physicians & APPs, as well as access to a comprehensive network of specialists

n

nnSupport for EMR tasks during vacation/time off

n

nnWell trained, efficient support staff and dedicated on-site clinic manager

n

nnLoyal patient base and excellent group support for building a thriving practice

n

nnUse of EPIC electronic health record

n

n nCompensation & Benefits:

nnnCompensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year

n

nnEligibility for loan forgiveness to support financial well-being

n

n nThe compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

nQualifications & Requirements:

nnnMust be board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine (MD/DO)

n

nnBe licensed in the State of California

n

nnStrong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

nnExcellent communication and team collaboration skills
