4 days in-office and 1 day working from home per week
Outpatient-only practice with 16 - 18 patients per day
Virtual team handles call - no after-hours burden
Adults-only patient population
Lifestyle-focused, non-production-based practice model
Board-certified Internal Medicine physician required
Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience preferred; residents considered
DEA licensure required
