Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients.
Develop and manage treatment plans for patients with a variety of health conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements 1 year of practicing as a Primary Care Physician (PCP).
Active New York License.
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
