Internal Medicine Physician

Enjoy excellent compensation, flexibility, and a supportive team-based environment. We're seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in vibrant Fargo, ND.
Position Highlights:
* Guaranteed compensation floor of $328,000 for 2 years
* $100,000 retention bonus after 4 years
* Flexible 4- or 5-day schedule
* Light call (1-2 weeknights/month + quarterly weekends)
* Team-based care with 20 providers
* Optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage
* Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency
