Position Highlights :
4 Day Work Week 22 Patients Per Day
Telephone-Only Call Schedule 2 Weekends per Year
Stable Support Staff 1 Nurse/ MA per Provider

Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary + wRVU Production Bonus Guaranteed $325,000 first year compensation
Quarterly wRVU Bonus: $50.32/ wRVU exceeding 1,491/ Quarter
Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Expenses Paid
Day 1 Comprehensive Benefits including matching 403b, Medical, Dental, Vision
$7,000 CME Dues & Subscription Allowance
Medical Liability Insurance & Licensure Fees Paid
Qualifications :
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: Board Certified/ Board Eligible Internal Medicine
Licensure: Oklahoma Medical License or Ability to Obtain One
