Caring non-profit health system is seeking 3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians in Texarkana, Longview, and Tyler (East Texas) about 2 hours from Dallas and Little Rock . Warm, welcoming town and truly amazing people!

Compensastion Package contains:
Income guarantee, $265,000 / year starting base. then $300-350k after year 1. Large catchment for 400k people
$50-75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment
$2,000 month residency stiped
$25,000.00 yr loan repy or retention

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine
8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs
Schedule M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
100% Outpatient
Average Patient Volume: 14-22 patients per day
