Internal Medicine Physician | Oregon\ N

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley (just 20 minutes to Salem and 1 hour to Portland) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.

Position Highlights\ N 100% outpatient Internal Medicine
\ N Adult-only patient panel
\ N Established patient base with strong community need
\ N Collaborative, team-based primary care environment
\ N Rural Health Clinic setting with strong clinical support
\ N Lean, physician-led culture with strong APP collaboration
\ N Opportunity to care formore medically complex chronic disease populations
\ N Flexible, relationship-driven practice model
\ N Schedule & Call 4 or 5 day work week available
\ N Expected patient volume: 18–20/day
\ N Shared clinic call rotation
\ N Very light phone-only call burden
\ N Most after-hours concerns handled through nurse triage service
\ N Compensation & Benefits \ N $325K base salary
RVU incentive opportunity
\ N $25K sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available
\ N 34 days PTO year one
\ N CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
