Job DescriptionPrimary Care Physician (MD/DO)
\ NOur client is a growing, non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, Primary Care, and Behavioral Health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area.
\ NCompensation & Benefits
\ N $250,000 base salary

\ N 401(k) with 3% match (immediate)
\ N 2 weeks PTO in the first year
\ N Office closed the last 2 weeks of the year

1 CME conference per year
\ N No on-call requirements
\ N Relocation assistance up to $15,000
\ N Outpatient-only, onsiteposition
\ N Requirements
\ N MD or DO with active, unrestricted Florida medical license
\ N Board Certified / BoardEligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\ N Experience in Primary Care and/or HIV care preferred
\ N Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
\ N New graduates considered
\ N Commitment to onsite outpatient care in an inclusive, mission-driven environment
\ N Experience with EMR systems (Tebra / CareCloud preferred, not required)
\ N Responsibilities
\ N Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm), Friday (9am–2pm)
\ N Rotating Saturday coverage approximately once every 3 months
\ N Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
\ N Deliver HIV-focused andpreventative care in a non-profit, LGBTQ+ inclusive setting
\ N Manage both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient environment
\ N Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and prescribing
\ N Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
\ N Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
\ N Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
\ N Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational programs
\ N Uphold organizational mission, values, and standards of care
