Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Victorville, California. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong clinical and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice
Employed physician role within a multispecialty clinical environment
Join a primary care team of 21+ providers
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Opportunity to participate in a local Internal Medicine Residency Program (optional academic involvement)
Compensation
Base salary range: $250,000 – $300,000
Base salary plus productivity bonus
Sign-on bonus provided
