We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a compassionate, close-knit team in Scituate, Rhode Island.
The practice is designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care, with 30-minute appointment slots, a reduced patient panel size, and an expected patient volume of approximately 14 patients per day.
The physician will provide primary care to a diverse patient population, establish long-term relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
This is a long-term opportunity within a supportive, family-like practice environment with minimal bureaucracy and a strong focus on the patient-provider relationship.
Responsibilities
Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families.
Provide patient-centered medical care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Coordinate patient care as needed.
Provide patient education.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Participate in a collaborative practice environment.
Requirements
MD or DO degree.
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency training.
Must have completed a U.S.-based residency program.
Board certification or board eligibility required.
Active Rhode Island medical license required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care.
Interest in a long-term, community-based practice.
No minimum number of years of experience required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $230,000-$260,000 per year
Additional compensation for on-call coverage
Additional compensation/add-on for CME
Waiver of health/dental insurance coverage compensation, as applicable
