PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN $240K $270K PATIENTS DAILY PHILADELPHIA

A nationally recognized, value-based healthcare organization is seeking Primary Care Physicians for outpatient centers in the Philadelphia area. This model gives physicians smaller patient panels, extensive clinical support, and the time to focus on outcomes not visit volume.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Anticipated compensation range of $240,000 $270,000

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
No nights or weekends
Outpatient responsibilities only
Approximately patients per day
Focus on adults and Medicare-eligible seniors
Smaller patient panels that support meaningful physician-patient relationships
Dedicated medical assistant and documentation support
Integrated, multidisciplinary care team
Centralized administrative and clinical resources
Quality-driven model without traditional volume pressure
