LOCUMS OPPORTUNITY - PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN Phoenix, Arizona Area 3 Locum Physicians Needed
POSITION OVERVIEWNumber of Providers Needed: 3
Start Date: November 30
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Locations: Paradise Valley, Litchfield Park, and Maryvale, Arizona
Practice Setting: Outpatient Only
Patient Population: Ages 0-65; all ages preferred
Language: Bilingual preferred
Patient Volume: Ramp up to 17-21 patients per day
EMR: eClinicalWorks
AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULEMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No call
No weekends
No inpatient responsibilities
Start date: November 30
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONSMedical License: Arizona licensure requirements to be confirmed
Board Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Eligibility: Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicne physicians considered
CLINICAL REQUIREMENTSProvide outpatient primary care to patients ages 0-65.
Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages.
Must be comfortable performing annual women's wellness exams.
Commercial insurance patient population only.
Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day.
Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred.
ORGANIZATION OVERVIEWLarge, established, and growing primary care organization.
Recently opened eight new centers throughout the Phoenix market.
Brand-new clinic locations across the Phoenix area.
