Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts Compensation: $190,000 $230,000 annually A mission-driven community healthcare organization in beautiful Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care team. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $190,000 $230,000 (based on experience)

Schedule & Practice Details Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Flexible scheduling options available
Outpatient-only primary care, patients across the lifespan
On-call rotation: One weekend every 8 weeks (with stipend)
Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
Work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team dedicated to quality patient outcomes
Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active and clear Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain)
Experience in outpatient or primary care preferred
