Job description
Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Coral Springs, Florida medical center.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in providing comprehensive outpatient primary care within a collaborative, patient-centered, value-based care environment. Our physicians are supported by an integrated healthcare team and have access to the resources, technology, and clinical support needed to deliver high-quality care.

Monday Friday schedule
Two schedule options: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Schedule rotates every two weeks
One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
No on-call responsibilities
Physician Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes
Participate in a value-based care model focused on proactive and coordinated patient care
Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to patient-centered, comprehensive primary care
Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated care team
