Internal Medicine Physician – Destin, FL

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to become part of a collaborative, patient-focused team delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends or hospital call required
Built-in administrative time to support efficiency and reduce after-hours work
Clinical Workflow
Average of 24 patients per day
AI-powered scribe significantly reduces documentation burden
Dedicated clinical support staff to enhance patient throughput and care quality
Focus on outpatient primary care with coordinated specialty access
Compensation & Financial Model
Guaranteed base salary of $250,000
Compensation structure: draw against collections or 33% of collections
Proven high-earning potential with established patient volume
Transparent productivity model with strong operational support

Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients

Maintain timely and accurate documentation with AI-assisted tools
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for or active Florida medical license
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
