Board-Certified Fm, Im, Or Geriatric Physician
We're seeking a Board-Certified FM, IM, or Geriatric Physician to join our Waterbury, CT clinic serving older adults on Medicare in an underserved community.

Highlights:
Outpatient only – Mon–Fri, no nights/weekends
Small patient panels (12–15/day) for quality care
