ArchWell Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Sarasota, Florida. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a rewarding role with a growing team at one of our well-established Gulf Coast locations.
What Makes This Opportunity Different No weekends
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule
Outpatient only no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities
Minimal call, via phone only and rotates with entire Gulf Coast market providers
Dedicated admin time built into schedule
$20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed
Annual quality metrics-based bonus (not RVU-driven)
We remove unnecessary work so our physicians can focus on medicine
Practice Model
You will be supported by a dedicated care team, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative burden: Medical assistants and center staff
Care coordination support
Average 10-14 patients per day upon ramp up

Who We re Looking For Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
Physician must have an active, non-probationary Florida medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Florida medical licensure
