Shift: 7:00 am 5:00 pm, outpatient clinic with weekend call
Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (plus occasional overtime if needed)
Employment Type: Locum/Full-time
License/Certifications: Active Washington State or IMLC license, BC in Hematology/Oncology, DEA required
Experience: Hematology/Oncology experience preferred, lymphoma and cell therapy experience a plus

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You ll Do
Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology services during scheduled clinic hours
Participate in shared weekend call among oncology providers for hospital inpatients and outpatient follow-ups
Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and procedures related to Hematology/Oncology patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient encounters accurately and timely
Assist with lymphoma and cell therapy cases when applicable
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meetings
What You Need
Active Washington or IMLC license
Board certification or eligibility in Hematology & Oncology
Minimum 4 weeks/month full-time availability with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday Thursday, 7 am 5 pm)
Experience with lymphoma and cell therapy preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
