Primary Care Physician Outpatient Work-Life Balance + Mission-Driven Care
Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a well-established, patient-focused healthcare organization committed to providing high-quality, accessible care.

Position Overview:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based, patient-centered environment. You will focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.
Compensation & Benefits:
$220,000 - $240,000 + Quarterly Bonuses (Based on Quality)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive primary care services (adult or family medicine)
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Emphasize preventative care and patient education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
EMR System is eClinicalWorks
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday Friday schedule
No Nights
No Weekends
No Holidays
Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
Support from nurses, MAs, and administrative staff
Efficient workflows designed to reduce burnout
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine OR Family Practice
Active or eligible state license
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
