Pioneer Medical Group is one of the leaders in the Tampa Bay Area hospitalist movement. Pioneer brings state of the art and evidenced based medicine to Hospitals and Post Transitional facilities in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Highlands, Marion and Pasco Counties. We are a Florida based hospitalist group founded by a team of physicians.

Position Details:
Full-time role with a schedule of 7am-7pm
No procedures or codes required, enabling you to focus solely on patient care
No night shifts, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
Occasional backup night call (1-2 per month from home) for Advanced Practice Practitioners

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive base salary ranging from $255,000 to $301,000 per year. We are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
