Job description
We are hiring for an BC/BE family, internal, or geriatric medicine physician for our primary care practice in Houston, TX.&;
Bay Area House Calls is an innovative primary care health company that provides a true Medical Home Program for the frail adult within their home covering the Southeast Harris county and Galveston county area.
We have proven in Galveston County to have one of the lowest re-hospitalization rates among our peers with excellent patient outcomes and patient satisfaction surveys.
Well-established private practice that includes 2 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers that provide care to patients of all ages
Hiring due to growth and the additional physician will assist coverage in hospitals, nursing homes as well as assist with advanced practitioner oversight
Spanish speaking required
Unique blend of house call and hospital and nursing home coverage
Full-time schedule with flexible hours
