Outpatient Only M-F 12-15 Patients/Day Generous Quality Bonus

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: patients per day
Practice Model: Outpatient only, value-based care, no hospital responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience caring for Medicare Advantage patients
Comfortable managing complex chronic conditions such as diabetes, CHF, COPD, obesity, and cardiovascular disease
Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and STAR quality measures
Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR is a plus
