Job description
Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital , part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient primary care
Hospital employed position
Joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers
In network access to sub specialty and tertiary care
Supportive, collaborative physician and hospital leadership structure
Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
No ER call
Clinics have a strong community reputation with a loyal patient base
Access to a full range of specialists within the healthcare system
Robust onboarding and outreach support with strong clinical staff
Open to new graduates
Full-time employment (no locums)
Must be board-certified and have completed U.S. residency training
J1 visa support is NOT available at this location
