Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is recruiting a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician. The position includes a faculty role with our community-based IM residency program.
Highlights
Employed position with Aiken Physicians Alliance
Outpatient only | No IP or hospital call
Practice at one of four Aiken-area primary care clinics
Collegial team of physicians, APPs, and MAs
~18-20 patients per day
Cerner EMR
Responsibilities
Support ARMC's mission of delivering high quality, compassionate care to the community of Aiken and surrounding area
Practice comprehensive primary care in a community setting
Provide preventative care including well visits, screenings, and health education
Diagnose, treat and manage conditions ranging from common illnesses to chronic disease
Serve as core or teaching faculty educating and precepting IM residents
Requirements
BC/BE Internal Medicine
Active, clear SC license and DEA or ability to obtain
Clean professional background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate bedside manner
