Requirements:
Six to eight (6-8) years of experience in instructional design, facilitation, and project management.
Proficiency in Workday, SharePoint, and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Workforce Development, or a related field.
Ability to partner across the enterprise with operational leaders
Strategic thinking

Job Summary:
This position reports to the Director of Workforce Development and is responsible for Internal Mobility programs that strengthen and foster a thriving workforce. The Program Manager will refine and execute the Internal Mobility strategy by designing a career mobility ecosystem, including self-service resources, rebranding the Career Mobility Center, and integrating micro-learning with a SharePoint Career Mobility Hub and Workday.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of an Internal Mobility strategy that supports Froedtert ThedaCare's evolving talent needs, focusing on staff mobility and upskilling/reskilling within the organization.
Design and manage clinical career pathways.
Monitor internal mobility and promotion trends and recommend strategies to increase employee movement across the organization.
Develop, design, and deploy blended learning programs that support workforce development initiatives.
Create a self-service career ecosystem with digital cultural artifacts and processes.
Build and leverage partnerships with educational partners, clinical partners, community organizations, and internal business units to advance workforce development goals.
Facilitate programs, career coaching, mentoring, and team member support services.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, HR leadership, operational leaders, and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Six to eight (6-8) years of experience in instructional design, facilitation, and project management.
Proficiency in Workday, SharePoint, and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Workforce Development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in program management, online learning design, workforce development, learning and development, internal mobility, career pathways, budget management, reporting, program evaluation, and impact measurement.
Knowledge of Power BI, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, , Adobe Connect, Agile, SCRUM, and Trello. xhqgsiq
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
