This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care to Veterans while helping support the development of an innovative national VA program focused on serving the Veteran population.

Support VA performance measures, systems redesign, and advanced access initiatives

Work with supervisory and frontline staff to improve clinic operations and Veteran care

Make an Impact Beyond the Exam Room: The Provider in this role will contribute to VA national, VISN, and local quality and process improvement initiatives, including performance measures, systems redesign, and advanced clinical access projects. The physician will work with supervisory and frontline staff across service lines to improve clinic operations, access, continuity of care, and the overall Veteran healthcare experience.

Why this role stands out: This position offers the opportunity to provide frontline Veteran care while also contributing to the development of a new national VA initiative at West Los Angeles.
