A leading and rapidly growing hedge fund is seeking an Internal Sales Associate to join its team. This role will work closely with the external wholesaler, providing support across outbound sales calls, product presentations, and day-to-day sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, with a clear growth path toward increased responsibility within the sales function.
The ideal candidate will bring 2 - 5 years of internal sales experience from the financial services industry with an active Series 7 and Series 63 license.
Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Identify and cultivate prospects through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Support Sales Efforts: Partner with External Wholesalers to coordinate meetings, conferences, webinars, and territory activity
- Manage Client Relationships: Guide prospects and producers through the sales cycle while addressing client service needs
- Maintain Expertise & Compliance: Develop strong product and market knowledge, maintain accurate CRM records, and adhere to company standards
Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of internal sales experience from the financial services industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and excellent communication skills
