Job description
USI Insurance Services seeks a seasoned executive to lead our internal wholesale brokerage team. You’ll recruit, train, and manage brokers across the assigned line of business, optimize P&L, and drive growth by aligning USI offices with profitable wholesale opportunities.
You’ll evaluate markets, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate policy issuance while expanding carrier relationships and maintaining high standards of client service.
