Job description

Position Summary

The International Delivery Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and delivery of Careerminds' international programs, including capacity management and oversight of the international coach community across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

This hands-on and people-focused role combines project management, international delivery, coach community development to support the continued expansion of Careerminds' global business.

This role leads international delivery projects and program implementations, coordinating timelines, resources, stakeholders and dependencies.

The role partners closely with Business Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support client commitments while clarifying delivery needs and coordinating coach expertise.

Responsibilities

International Coaching Operations

Lead the day-to-day operations of Careerminds' international coaching network, ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions and languages.

Lead projects and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.

Manage coach capacity planning and workforce readiness to support business growth and client demand.

Oversee participant assignment processes and coach matching to ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved.

Coach Network Management

Serve as primary point of contact for a global community of contract coaches throughout EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Facilitate regular group touchpoints with the coach community to share updates, best practices and strengthen engagement.

Develop and implement community as well as professional development initiatives that foster connection, knowledge sharing and alignment with Careerminds' delivery methodology.

Identify coach network training needs and partner with the Training Team.

Support a positive coach experience and respond to queries, concerns, and feedback.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Leadership on coach sourcing, interviewing, selection.

Serve as the primary escalation point for coach performance concerns and complex service delivery issues.

Program Delivery & Client Support

Partner with Client Success and Sales teams to clarify delivery requirements, coordinate coach expertise, and support successful execution of international client programs.

Coordinate coach availability and staffing preparation for onsite events, virtual programs, and specialized client engagements.

Coordinate multilingual program delivery, translations, localized resources, and specialized client requests.

Operational Excellence

Contribute to quality assurance initiatives through operational audits and continuous process improvement, partnering with the Quality team and the Training team.

Analyze operational trends, identify risks, and recommend solutions that improve delivery effectiveness.

Develop and implement standardized workflows and operating procedures that support scalable growth.

Develop and implement coaching standards, best practices, and quality expectations across the international network, in partnership with the Training team.

Financial & Administrative ManagementContribute to the monthly international coach billing process owned by Finance, ensuring accurate inputs, timely review, and appropriate follow-up on payment-related items.

Cross-Functional

Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects that improve international service delivery and customer experience.

Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless coach and participant experience.

Align with Delivery teams across NA and international regions on shared practices, timelines, quality standards, and community initiatives.

Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to anticipate upcoming delivery needs and communicate coach community capabilities and market considerations.

Coordinate with Product and Content teams on updates, translations, and Platform improvements.

Experience

6+ years of experience in operations, program management, client delivery, talent management, or a related field.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Experience supporting global organizations and coordinating distributed or global teams.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience driving continuous improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in career transition, coaching, talent management, or professional services.

Experience with CRM and operational systems.

EducationBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
