Tasks & Responsibilities:
Provide customer service via Livechat, tickets, e-mail
Communicate requests with our warehouse
Key Competencies:
Knowledge of Taobao, Tmall, 1688.com
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of English is a must
Knowledge of the following languages is an advantage but not a must: Danish, Norwegian, German
At least 8 hours per week available
Salary will be discussed during interview with skype(no camera needed, interview will be in writing).
