Job Details
Lead and manage international tax compliance and advisory engagements for multinational clients
Oversee preparation and review of U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, and 1120-F
Advise on GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, foreign tax credits, and BEAT
Perform tax provision and international tax reviews, including ASC 740 considerations
Support cross-border structuring, transfer pricing coordination, and inbound and outbound planning
Research and interpret evolving international tax legislation and communicate its impact to clients
Supervise, mentor, and develop senior associates and staff
Manage client relationships, engagement budgets, deadlines, and deliverables
Partner with other service lines to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions
