Job description
Our client is a Seattle-based regional CPA firm that has built a nationally recognized international tax practice serving technology companies with foreign subsidiaries, cross-border M&A transactions, and ultra-high-net-worth families with international holdings. The practice has grown 40% over the past two years and is adding a Manager to lead day-to-day engagement delivery.
As International Tax Manager you will oversee the preparation and review of Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, FBAR, and FATCA filings, advise on GILTI, BEAT, FDII, and Subpart F income inclusions, and support outbound and inbound structuring engagements. You will interface regularly with clients' in-house finance and legal teams and collaborate with the firm's domestic tax and transfer pricing groups.

Requirements
CPA and/or JD required; LLM in Taxation a strong plus
6+ years of international tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporate tax department
Strong technical knowledge of GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credit planning
Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, and PFIC filings
Transfer pricing experience a meaningful advantage
