They want fast communication, personalized videos, honest answers, and an easy buying experience.That’s where you come in.We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating excitement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience long before a customer walks through our doors.If making 100+ calls a day energizes you… If sending personalized videos comes naturally… If you enjoy talking with people, following up with purpose, and creating an online buying experience customers can’t stop talking about… We want to meet you.What You’ll DoAs our Internet BDC Specialist, you’ll be the first impression of Gerald Jones Mazda and one of the most important members of our sales team.Make 100+ outbound calls each day to connect with customers.Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.Send personalized introduction and vehicle walkaround videos that build trust and excitement.Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.Maintain detailed CRM notes and execute consistent follow-up.Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.Who Thrives Here?
